The people in DreamGroup have when logged in have admin access to all pages, (adding people to the list gives them full privileges). Everyone logged in via DICE/EASE has access to edit pages (except protected ones). To login change the link from {{{http://...}}} to {{{https://...}}}

To make a page readable only to those in DreamGroup put the following at the top the page:
