If you are having problems accessing the Blue Book Notes (or Trip Reports) on the DReaM web page, it could be because your user id is not explicitly stated as someone who is granted access. To do this either:

 * Contact one of the dream admins;

 * Add your username to the .htaccess file in the protected folder.
